The initial consultation includes a holistic health assessment that takes into consideration not just physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I'll help you identify areas of imbalance and begin forming my initial impression. (30 min.)
There are five foundational labs that each client must complete in order to build a true impression and develop a personalized plan. All five are included in the 3-Month Wellness Plan. I use functional lab testing to assess key biomarkers and identify as many healing opportunities as possible. While the plan includes the five necessary labs, more are available if needed.
These labs include testing for biomarkers that give me great insight into your:
Stress levels and response
Vital reserve (capacity to heal)
Hormones
Immune function
Digestion
Intestinal permeability
Detoxification pathways

Oxidative stress accumulation

This session is where you and I review your entire case, lab findings, and healing opportunities. We'll discuss everything in detail and go through your 90-day personalized protocol. (90 min.)
Metabolic typing refers to the specific way you metabolize and use the nutrients you eat. This analysis provides a complete look at what foods do and don't work for your individual needs and helps me develop a lasting plan for health.
You will receive a complete guide to restoring your health that includes your own D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success Program, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation program. This unique approach covers every area of your life and will serve as the roadmap to your personal success story.
We will have 6 sessions throughout your 90-days to discuss your progress and any challenges you might be facing. This is our time to dive in to what's working and course correct if needed. (30 min.)
